Description of Service

RubricSnap is an AI-powered grading assistant designed for art teachers. The service allows teachers to create rubrics, upload student artwork, and receive AI-generated feedback suggestions that teachers can review, edit, and approve.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Ensuring that student data is used in accordance with applicable laws
  • Obtaining necessary consents for uploading student work

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Upload content that violates others' intellectual property rights
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service
  • Use the service to harm, harass, or exploit minors
  • Resell or redistribute the service without authorization

AI-Generated Content

The feedback generated by RubricSnap's AI is provided as a suggestion to assist teachers. Teachers are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before sharing it with students. RubricSnap does not guarantee the accuracy or appropriateness of AI-generated feedback.

Subscription and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are provided at our discretion.

Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you upload to RubricSnap, including rubrics and student artwork. By uploading content, you grant RubricSnap a limited license to process and display that content as necessary to provide the service.

Limitation of Liability

RubricSnap is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the service.
