Student Data and FERPA

RubricSnap is designed to be FERPA compliant. We act as a "school official" under FERPA and only use student data for educational purposes. We do not sell student data or use it for advertising purposes.

AI Training

Student artwork and feedback are NOT used to train our AI models. We use OpenAI's API with data processing agreements that prevent the use of your data for model training.

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
